GlossWorks Detailed: 996 Porsche Carrera

This beautiful Porsche Carrera 4 was completed quite some time ago, being treated to a paint correction package. While some people think that silver cars are immune to a buildup of defects such as heavy swirling and light scratches, this car proves otherwise. A silver car can be more forgiving when viewed from afar, but under certain lighting, most of the defects will be visible.

Heavy swirling visible on the hood.

A couple fine scuffs on the headlights.

Scuffs corrected after machine polishing and sealed for protection.

Light swirling on the tail lights.

Machine polished to improve clarity and shine.

Hood taped off to test a few different polishing combinations.

50/50 shot of the rear fender. Area that has been polished is showing more clarity and gloss.

All plastic surfaces were cleaned and sealed.

Exhaust tips were polished and sealed as well.

Tail lights showing much crisper reflections now that they have been polished.

Wheels were meticulously cleaned and sealed for maximum brake dust protection.

Cleaned, polished, sealed, and fully protected for the winter elements.
