GlossWorks Detailed: Range Rover

This gorgeous Range Rover was detailed back in the summer of 2009. It belonged to a client who was a referral and had contacted me previously about getting his Range Rover done for his wife. The vehicle had been taken through the automatic car wash and had its share of swirls, scratches, and scuffs. We decided to do a full interior/exterior detail on it, with a double stage paintwork correction.

Notice the scratches inflicted from an automatic drive-thru car wash.

After polishing:

Great deal of scratches commonly seen around the door handles.

All the scratches polished out.

Rear driver side door before.

Rear driver side door after. Notice the difference compared to the front door.

Tailgate before.

Tailgate after polishing.

Rear bumper before.

Rear bumper after.

Taillights had been inflicted with swirling as well.

The swirls polished out.

Left panel polished, right panel untouched. Notice the difference in clarity.

50/50 shot on one of the doors.

Long 15″ scratch on the front door.

After polishing.

Scuffs everywhere!

The scuffs polished out nicely.

More scuffs.

After polishing.

Engine bay before.

Engine bay after washing and degreasing.

Probably the best looking interior I have worked on in any SUV:

Finished shots. This Range Rover is now ready for delivery.
